Accountant, Staff
Participate in accounting audit by analyzing clients’ operational and financial information, reviewing client’s accounting procedures, and assessing business processes and accounting information systems; participate in audit of clients’ 401k plans; provide federal and state tax compliance services for companies with foreign affiliations; analyze clients’ financial information, conduct tax research and quantitative analysis for commercial business to formulate recommendations on the clients’ financial strategies to optimize tax benefits; prepare tax returns for businesses, trusts and high net worth individuals; prepare Transfer Pricing studies for multinational companies.
Require: Master’s degree in Accounting or Accounting Analytics. 6 months’ experience in job offered or as an Accountant. Coursework in Financial Statement Auditing, Business Processes and Systems Assessment, Federal Income Taxation, Accounting Information Systems, and Quantitative Analysis for Businesses.
Salary Range: $90,646/year to $95,000/year.

Accountant, Staff
Assist certified public accountants (CPA) to organize and support individual & corp (mainly multinational) clients’ financial affairs, including financial statement audit, and cross-border tax planning. Assist CPA in researching and analyzing multinational tax and accounting issues and provide consultation to multinational institutions and individual clients. Assist CPA to plan, execute and complete audit engagements including development of audit programs and review working papers including substantive procedures, test of controls, and evaluation of internal controls-system compliances of financial operational processes.
Require: Bachelor’s degree major in Accounting or Business Administration with coursework in intermediate accounting, accounting analytics, audit standards principal, business taxation & introduction to global business ; CPA candidate (passed all CPA exams); 3 months experience in job offered or as Managerial Accounting Intern.
Salary Range: $90,646/year to $95,000/year.
