Accountant, Staff

Provide quality assurance by analyzing clients’ operational and financial information, reviewing client’s accounting procedures, and assessing business processes and accounting information systems; provide federal and state tax compliance and transfer pricing services for companies with foreign affiliations; analyze clients’ financial information, conduct financial due diligence and tax research to formulate recommendations on the clients’ cross-border transaction, including takeovers and restructure, deal sourcing, pre-deal evaluation, deal execution and post-investment management.

Require: Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. 18 months’ experience in job offered or as a Senior Associate at a public accounting firm. Coursework or experience in takeovers and restructure, corporate finance, deal sourcing, pre-deal evaluation, deal execution and post-investment management, deal advisory services in cross-border transactions, and quality assurance services. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

Salary Range: $90,646/year to $95,000/year.
